Who we are...
Meet Owner and Chief Operating Officer Rhiannon Turner. Rhiannon is the mother of 5 children ranging from 24 to 10 years old. She is a fitness fanatic going to multiple classes a week at the gym. She loves to dance and even teaches a cardio dance class.
Rhiannon has been the personal injury space since 2016 and has been an owner of Lightyear since it’s inception in 2020.
When Rhiannon is not working out or working on Lightyear you will find her at the ballfield. Go Braves and Panthers (LaGrange College).

Meet Heather McGill
Senior Case Manager, Intake Manager and Collection Specialist
Heather is a jack of all trades when it comes to Lightyear Funding. She is Rhiannon’s right had woman. Heather and Rhiannon actually met in the gym and she too, loves to dance and workout. Together they hold monthly dance classes. Heather has 2 children, Turner and Piper and Heather volunteers at their school several times during the week.

Meet Ally Davis, Lightyear Funding’s Director of Business Development and Executive Assistant.
Ally is Rhiannon’s assistant in all things and helps keep everyone on task. She works with all referral sources keeping the lines of communication open so that everyone’s day runs smooth.
Lightyear has grown exponentially and The Personal Injury Connection is absolutely flourishing!! Ally’s “get it done” attitude is of utmost importance as she helps to grow Lightyear Funding and The Personal Injury Connection.
